Artist of the week: The xx and Lana Del Rey

Today, unlike most time, we have two artist sharing the title. I couldn't decide which one is better. They are equally awesome!
The songs that i recommend would by 1.Fiction by The xx, 2. Young and Beautiful by Lana Del Rey. These are the only songs I've heard up till now by either of the two artists. The first song Fiction is a slow song with beats kicking in at intervals. Its one of those songs that you wanna hear when you're taking a long walk on an empty street. When you wanna be away from the worldly affairs and hang out in your shell. If you watch the show Suits, you probably have heard this song. The xx are basically an indie pop band and have done impressive work in this song. I'm definitely gonna check out the other songs by this band.
The second one by Lana Del Rey - Young and beautiful is a breathtaking song. i mean its one of those songs that for some reason unknown make your mind go into this complete place of peace and quite. The singer Lana Del Rey, i have to say has a mesmerizing voice. Its so soulful and beautiful.
Both these songs are slow tracks with really nice, you know what I don't need to say anything more. They are worth checking out. Yup Definitely.
